Sellogram processes shop DMs so it can answer customer questions, build carts, guide checkout, and hand tricky conversations back to the shop owner.
Customer messages may include product questions, order details, delivery questions, names, contact details, and other information the customer chooses to send in the DM.
Sellogram uses information to run the service, answer DMs, keep catalog replies accurate, send handoffs, provide support, improve setup quality, prevent misuse, and manage billing.
