These terms explain how shops can use Sellogram, what you remain responsible for, and where Sellogram hands conversations back instead of guessing.
Sellogram helps Instagram shops answer customer DMs, build carts, guide checkout, and hand conversations back to the owner. You are responsible for your shop, your catalog, your customer promises, and the decisions you make after a handoff.
You must provide accurate product, price, stock, delivery, and shop information. Sellogram can only answer well when the information you approve is accurate.
You must have permission to connect the Instagram shop account to Sellogram. Do not share passwords with Sellogram or with anyone claiming to be Sellogram.
You are responsible for keeping your Instagram account, payment accounts, and business records safe. You can pause or disconnect Sellogram when needed.
Do not use Sellogram to mislead customers, sell goods you are not allowed to sell, send spam, break Instagram rules, impersonate another shop, collect unnecessary sensitive information, or make claims your shop cannot support.
Sellogram may pause or refuse service if a shop uses it in a way that creates safety, legal, payment, or customer-trust risk.
Sellogram offers Free, Pro, and Elite plans. Prices are shown in KES where a fixed price is listed. Elite is shaped around the shop and may include onboarding, a dedicated contact, priority help, and custom integrations.
Plans, features, and prices may change over time. If a paid plan changes in a way that affects you, Sellogram will give reasonable notice where practical.
Sellogram is a shop assistant. It does not replace the owner's judgment, confirm payments, confirm delivery completion, resolve disputes on its own, or promise that every customer will buy.
